The police have interviewed James Grandisson’s wife, sister and the housing developer he met in the cathedral, but they haven’t been able to talk to James’ business partner Michael O’Brien, as he has emigrated to America.

A video conference has been set up to give you the chance to find out what Michael knows about the murder – as with the Coroner, your team just needs to ask the right questions.

Each group must;

• Before the video conference, discuss and write 3 questions to ask Michael about James’ murder
• Explore one of Michael’s answers with 1 follow-up question during the VC

Each investigator must;

• Use an Interview Log sheet from your case file to record your questions and Michael’s answers
• Update any of your Suspect Logs if you learn something of interest about any of them
